Hats
Completed a two-year apprenticeship at the Stratford Festival of Canada in Theatrical Millinery. Skills include pattern drafting, blocking, buckram shapes (pillboxes, bonnets, top hats), felt shapes (cloches, skull caps, fedora's), wire work (head wreaths, structural shapes) and many more. Instructor in Theatrical Millinery at George Brown College.
Puppets
Amateur Puppetmaker and Costumer with a strong background in sewing construction. Experience lies mainly in muppet-style puppetmaking, with a small amount of experience with finger puppets, hand puppets, and marionette style puppetry.
Photography
Graduated from York University with a major in Visual Arts with a focus on photography. My photographic work is normally focused on the textures and minute details of life which call up memory or evoke a strong emotion. My work is deeply influenced by line and colour.
